Error 7412 using email with Lotus Notes Version 8.5

Happens with 0.9.5 and 0.9.8 and happens on all Windows versions, when using the email button to send created pdf as email through Lotus Notes 8.5. Lotus Notes 8.0 is still fine...

Need some help urgently. Any ideas?
